By providing your cell phone number to Total Solutions using the Contact Import Form or otherwise providing your cell phone number to a tech for business you, you agree to these Text Message Terms of Service.
By opting in, you will receive occasional text message alerts that notify you of service outages, power outages, and similar interruptions that may impact your IT. If you choose, you can also communicate with our technicians via text message.
Total Solutions does not charge a fee to receive text messages but carrier Message and Data Rates May Apply. Check your mobile carrier plan for details.
To unsubscribe, you must send STOP.

We reserve the right to terminate or change the Program at any time. We also reserve the right to change these Terms at any time and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We may also change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Programs at any time. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and Total Solutions will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages. Your continued enrollment in the Program following such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

Privacy Policy
In order to service your account, Total Solutions will collect information including, but not limited to: your work address, email address, phone number, extension, etc. If you do not consent to the collection, use or sharing of this type of information in the manner described in the Privacy Policy, please do not provide us with such information. By providing such information, you are "opting in" to the collection, use and sharing of this information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Information collected from you will be used to service your account, including the managing of your IT services, fulfillment of service requests, respond to inquiries, etc. If required, your information may be disclosed to a third-party vendor or service provider for the management of your account.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
